Claims Restoration Clerk (m/w/d)

In order to strengthen our #TeamLebenSchuetzen in our new branch in Gersthofen (near Augsburg), we are looking for a specialist in damage recovery (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time.

You take over the commercial tasks in the project business of damage recovery and work closely with our project managers. You check and send offers, accept orders and document the projects conscientiously in our system (SAP). You support project execution by coordinating appointments for your colleagues. You are responsible for damages, after-contractors and customers, answering questions about project progress and always keeping an overview of current projects in the branch. Of course, general office activities also belong to your tasks: reception, orders, storage etc.

You have completed a commercial training and you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field. We reopen this branch in Gersthofen. You will be (nearly) the first and only person in the field. This is why industry knowledge is very important for this job: from damage restoration, craftsmanship or construction. Digital tools are not a challenge for you. With Outlook, Excel and teams, you'll be fine. You convince with an independent and reliable way of working and enjoy working in a small team.
