You bear the overall responsibility for the locations Neunkirchen and their food production You monitor the HACCP and quality standards and answer the cost budgets You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of up to 75 employees You take over customer support (hospital and hospice management, house management from the senior institutions to be supplied and social participation) You monitor all operational kitchen processes and actively participate in their further development You take over administrative activities such as food planning, goods management (e.g. orders food via SAP, invoice control in SAP) as well as service and holiday planning

You have completed vocational training to the kitchen master (w/m/d) or bring experience in equivalent activity with Experience in Community use is required You have leadership experiences of a larger kitchen team You have good German knowledge in word and writing, very good PC user knowledge with MS Office programs, especially with Excel and SAP You already have experiences in the field of automation and digitization of large kitchens
