Your main tasks include First Level Support as well as the acquisition of the key-user function in the area of purchasing and serve as a central contact for system processes They take over the development and implementation of concepts and solutions for the digitization of the processes in cooperation with IT They create transparency through data collections, information compression and visual representation to support the purchasing controller They are responsible for advising and implementing mass maintenance of relevant purchasing stock data and take over individual projects in the context of the digitalization and further development of the purchasing processes You create, monitor and maintain evaluations and KPI reports and manage actions They lead SAP tests in cooperation with IT as a key prerequisite for the introduction of new application developments In addition, advise or coach employees and executives on subject-specific topics You create training documents and take on the training of employees In addition, you are responsible for analyzing and eliminating errors in the purchasing systems Your task is also to support, user administration and first-level support for systems used outside the ERP in purchasing

They have completed their studies in business informatics, economic engineering, economics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in purchasing or IT are advantageous You have already gained experience in the design and implementation of ERP projects within the Purchasing system environment They bring good system and process understanding as well as method skills in targeted action with They are characterized by high team and communication skills as well as a proactive, independent and self-responsive way of working Acquired SAP MM knowledge and very good knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel and Power Point are required You bring travel readiness Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
