Supplier Complaint Engineer (m/f/d)

Independent processing, coordination and tracking of supplier complaints in the CAQ system using the 8D methodology Introduction, coordination and control of necessary emergency measures with suppliers, supply chain management and internal specialist areas Application, moderation and evaluation of common quality and problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D, 5 Why, 3x5 Why, Ishikawa, Six Sigma) Coordination and technical guidance of interdisciplinary teams for fault analysis and sustainable cause elimination.Moderation of fault analyses, improvement projects and workshops on quality and process improvement Tracking, evaluating and releasing 8D reports and ensuring the sustainable effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures Implementation and assessment of risk analyses and derivation, presentation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures Creation, evaluation and interpretation of statistical evaluations and investigations to optimize products and processes Definition, coordination and maintenance of fault image catalogs in cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces.Planning and implementation of process assessments, supplier visits and problem solution workshops at local suppliers Support and advice of international Rosenberger locations in quality-relevant supplier topics and complaint cases Responsibility for escalation management and cost management in connection with supplier complaints Active participation in the continuous improvement of internal and external Complaint Management and Quality Processes Support for customer, certification and supplier audits.Incorporation, support and professional support of new employees in the field of Supplier Quality

Completed (specialized) university studies in production engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable courses, as an alternative completed training with a qualified technician with relevant professional experience First experience in complaint processing desirable Knowledge of the application of QM tools and methods of advantage High sense of responsibility in the processing of complaints Communication and enforcement strength High social competence and pleasure in work in the team Structured and careful operation Good MS-Office knowledgeGood English skills in word and writing
