HR Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks

As a HR specialist, you are responsible for the independent and independent processing of the monthly pay bill with SAP HR taking into account all tax, social insurance and operational requirements. You communicate with external interfaces such as social security providers, health insurance companies, financial offices and authorities on all social and tax issues You act as a competent/response partner:in selected construction markets for employees and managers in all social insurance and tax issues You process the reporting and certification and accompany the monthly follow-up activities after the billing run You carry out the accounts as part of monthly and annual accounts (e.g. accounting, sickness and pension funds) You take the administrative care and master data management of employee data from entry to exit, including work contracts, terminations, receivable management, time management, etc.

That's what you bring A completed commercial training – ideally in the field of personnel management – or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the area of wage and salary accounting preferably SAP HCM/HR Knowledge of social security and tax law and basic labour law Very good user knowledge in Excel A structured and conscientious way of working and enjoying independent work A strong solution and service orientation as well as joy in contact and exchange with different people
