Project Assistant Construction Department (m/f/d)

As a project assistant m/w/d of the construction department, you support the department in administrative and organizational matters and contribute to a smooth running of the construction projects. These include in particular: Support for day-to-day management Own processing of administrative projects to relieve department management Support of project managers in the development of construction projects Creation of contract documents and assignments up to signature maturity Participation in procurement procedures, implementation of submissions Experience with “eVergabe” or readiness to incorporate Structure and archiving of documentation Processing and controlling of invoices in the field of construction Organisation and logging of meetings

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and skills: A completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as a merchant for office management, a designer or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in a construction company, architectural office, engineering or planning office or in the real estate industry Structured operation, a pronounced self- and time management High commitment, sense of responsibility and flexibility
