As Manager Corporate Development (w/m/d), you report to the Vice President Strategy and M&A and work closely with the senior management and relevant departments. You support the development and implementation of our enterprise and business strategies, participate in M&A projects and advance strategic projects with a global reach.

You are working on strategic projects for the further development of the enterprise in the inter­ational environment. You support M&A activities – from the identification of potential targets through deal execution to integration You develop design models, business cases and scenario analyses for decision support You will develop financial and strategic analyses and conduct your actions You support the development of new business models and the development of growth areas. You analyze market, competition and KPI data and conduct Benchmarks You are working on the optimisation of structures, governance and governance processes You control subprojects and work with internal stakeholders and external participants

You have completed your studies in BWL, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Engineering or a Comparative Department You have several years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or other comparable areas. Ideally, you have already worked on M&A or strategic projects You bring a very good business concession and analytical skills, ideally in an inter­national enterprise context. You work structured, think networked, and you can clearly prepare complex relationships You have experience in creating models, analysts and decontamination templates You can communicate with different stakeholders and give them a clear presentation at the top management level or in committees You work safely in English (Business Level) and speak ideally fluent German
