Tasks

Own and efficient support of the Chairman of the Management for all arising

Tasks in day-to-day business, incl. preparation of decision bases

Content preparation of meetings, events and conferences, e.g. content orientation and presentation

and speeches for internal and external target groups

Working in strategic transformation projects

Analysis and preparation of market and competitive developments and business data and key figures

Target group-oriented, content-based preparation of evaluations and preparation of meaningful presentations and

Reports

Profile

Successfully completed studies of the business economy, economics or the

Industrial engineering

Professional experience in a similar field of work desirable

Understanding complex processes of a globally operating industrial company

Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint

Very good communication skills in German and English as well as a sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels

High sense of responsibility and structured and solution-oriented functioning
