Main responsibilities • Painting work Application of lacquers in various layer thicknesses (basic, intermediate, topcoat) Working with spray guns, paint machines or robot-assisted systems Color adjustment and mixing of paints Maintenance of processing and curing times • Quality control Visual inspection and measurement of the lacquer layer Assessment of surface defects and independent repairs Documentation of work steps • Maintenance & Safety Cleaning and maintenance of tools, pistols, plants and paint booths Compliance with work and environmental regulations Handling of hazardous substances according to instructions (e.g. safety data sheets)
