You have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of engineering, architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering, economic law, technical building equipment or a comparable subject. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in real estate management, in construction, contract management, claim management or in the execution of construction projects You have in-depth knowledge of building contract law (VOB, BGB), in the costing of construction prices as well as in the architectural and engineering contract (AHO, HOAI) Experiences in procurement law and in the processing of constructional supplements are advantageous The Microsoft Office applications can safely operate You are characterized by solution-oriented negotiation skills, cross-departmental thinking and a pronounced moderation and communication strength. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee may be paid from the E12 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately €64.900,00 – approx. €84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
