Architect / Civil Engineer Project Management Building Construction (m/f/d)

You represent the contractor interests in new building, rebuilding and site development projects over all phases of the project You control construction projects with regard to costs, dates, qualities and contractually agreed services You accompany the projects from demand planning, planning, tendering and awarding to realization and commissioning You coordinate and control external planning offices, specialist planning, experts and other project participants and take over interface management to internal departments, authorities and exporting companies You check planning, tendering and project documents as well as cost calculations, schedules and supplements You ensure compliance with technical, economic, legal and regulatory requirements You contribute to the sustainable development of our locations and, with appropriate qualifications, also take over their own planning services

Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable Multiannual, proven professional experience in building contractor representation, project management or planning and implementation of demanding building projects – please run already supervised projects in your CV Experience in the control of external planning offices and specialist planning as well as in cost, appointment and quality control Knowledge of HOAI performance phases, building and procurement law and relevant standards and technical regulations Ideally experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably in the life science environment Construction template permission and/or CAD identifiers are advantageous Willingness to visit our network-wide locations in Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, Saxony, Brandenburg, Berlin, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. B2 level “self-employed language use”) Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to set priorities under time pressure and to act successfully in the team
