As a human resource (w/m/d), the Technische Hochschule Augsburg offers you a responsible, versatile and exciting field of work in a motivated, dynamic team. As part of customer support, you will be at the heart of providing an excellent service for our internal customers (w/m/d) and further optimizing and improving our service portfolio. You have fun working with and for customers (w/m/d) and are happy to participate in projects? Then fit perfectly into our motivated and collegial team of the Human Resources Department, which cooperates in partnership and solution-oriented with the other units of our university.

Self-assessment of basic and conceptual questions of the HR department Development of decision-making bases, expert opinions and recommendations for action Participation in the strategic development of the HR department, in particular in the area of personnel controlling Analysis, conception and further development of personal economic processes Independent planning, coordination and processing of digitalization projects (including the possible applications of AI-based applications) or Project work packages of the HR department

Successfully completed relevant university studies (e.g. business with a focus on staff) Vocational experience in human resources management, ideally in public service Knowledge of process management, the digitization of administrative processes and, at best, in use or in the introduction of AI-based applications Positive adjustment with regard to changes and continuous optimization Willingness to work quickly into new topics Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation, rapid understanding, organizational skills and high target and solution orientation Teamability, high customer and service orientation, high willingness to deploy, self-initiative and responsibility
