IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) – Projects & Customer Infrastructures Bietigheim-Bissingen, up to 50% mobile work possible Our team is looking for an IT system administrator (m/w/d) – Projects & Customer Infrastructures, which supports our customers in the support of our own developed systems and plays a central role in the planning and implementation of demanding IT projects.

Their responsibility includes the continuous monitoring of customer infrastructure and the management services of our medium-sized customers in the pharmacy environment. With the help of modern monitoring systems, you can identify optimization potential at an early stage and work closely with your colleagues to ensure high system availability. You continuously develop existing system landscapes and actively shape them. As a contact person in 3rd level support, you support complex technical issues in your field and accompany the processing of incidents and requests in the ticket system to sustainable solution finding. In addition, you take on internal and external projects within the customer infrastructures and control both internal teams and external service providers. In your role, you will also act as the first specialist for your subject area and will assist both customers and employees in technical matters.

You have a completed technical training, an IT training or a technical study and have collected well-founded practical experience in the IT field. You bring experience in the planning, construction and operation of Windows server environments, including the administration of Microsoft Active Directory. In addition, you have knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, ideally in hybrid scenarios, as well as experience with virtualization solutions such as Hyper-V and/or VMware. Ideally, basic network technologies are also familiar to you from practice. Already implemented IT projects have shown you that you can plan, prepare, manage and successfully implement complex projects in a structured manner, which you would like to continue independently in the future. In direct customer contact, you feel secure and understand how to communicate technical facts in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing, in addition you have the necessary English knowledge for an IT profession.
