As a superstructure manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for the optimal, permanent and independent control of several larger works contracts while complying with the technical, commercial, legal and terminological requirements and framework conditions. As a rule, the Heilbronn region, Stuttgart, Schwäbisch-Hall and Hohenlohe belongs to your field of application They ensure efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with the relevant regulations They are responsible for achieving the calculated construction site result In addition, you are responsible for the exhaustion of yield potentials, in particular in the context of supplementary management. Your area of responsibility also includes building partner/supplier control and management You are responsible for personnel deployment planning and leadership You are also responsible for monitoring occupational safety and environmental legislation

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer or architect with comparable knowledge, preferably in deep and road construction They have several years of professional experience in civil and road construction They provide special knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C or BGB, the relevant occupational safety and environmental rules, They convince with high project management competence, complemented by strong negotiation and presentation skills They have an independent and result-oriented way of working, complemented by leadership skills
