For our Global Benefits & Pensions unit, we are looking for an expert who supports us in the design, development and marketing of our portfolio with a wide range and high relevance. Our Benefits focuses on bAV – and we need an experienced specialistin for this complex topic. In your new team, you will design, control and co-response all bAV systems and products in the Commerzbank Group. And what does that look like? Here are some typical tasks: You’ll start continuous market analyses, identify trends, and take steps to further develop bAV strategically – and you’re also in the direct exchange of experiences with other banks and companies You are a contact personin for issues related to the insolvency security of the bAV, of part-time assets and the intra-group trust model You agree with the balance sheet department the requirement of actuary's actuary's actuarial opinion on the annual accounts as well as the delivery of the receivables to the actuary You accompany strategic changes in the Group within the framework of M&A (integration management in operational transitions, due diligence procedures etc...) You coordinate the issues concerning the supply via our external utilities BVV and Allianz In addition to Commerzbank AG in Germany, your area of responsibility also includes branches/daughters abroad as well as our subsidiaries. Higher education/higher education or comparable training ideally focusing on occupational retirement Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of occupational pensions Knowledge of the company pension law, safe handling of labour, tax and social insurance aspects Team player with high performance and customer orientation, initiative and flexibility High communicative competence in word and writing and high conflictability Sovereign and convincing occurrences towards internal and external stakeholders, in particular on board and management level fun in continuous learning, even in complex situations Very good MS Office application skills Knowledge of English in Word and Writing
