We are competent partners and companions to support people with eating disorders, obesity and other mental illnesses. Our holistic approach focuses on people with their individual needs and skills. Within our interdisciplinary team, specialists from the fields of medicine, therapy, social pedagogy and oecotrophology work closely together to develop targeted and solution-oriented consulting and therapy offers. In addition, we work closely with a comprehensive network of cooperation partners to provide the best possible support for those affected. Our cooperation includes specialist clinics, medical and therapeutic practices, as well as other health care institutions. This close networking ensures that those affected can access comprehensive and coordinated supply offers. For a newly created therapeutic group with the emphasis on school absentism, we are looking for a dedicated special pedagogue that supports and stabilizes young people individually in their school and personal development. You support young people with school absentism through individual, needs-oriented learning promotion You develop creative and realistic learning and support concepts – adapted to the lives of young people You actively shape paths back to school or alternative educational opportunities You work closely in the interdisciplinary team (social pedagogy, psychology, therapy) You cooperate with schools, teachers and external partners and bring your professional perspective You strengthen motivation, self-reality and future prospects of young people You document your work and work on help plan processes

You have a degree in special education (Master/Bachelor of Arts) You ideally bring experience in school absenteeism, youth assistance or mental health with You think education individually and solution-oriented – also beyond classical school structures You build sustainable relationships with young people and remain stable even in challenging situations You enjoy working with young people and their families. You are interested in introducing your skills in cooperation in a collegial, multidisciplinary team from the fields of social education, psychology, oecotrophology and medicine. You bring pronounced communication skills and organisational skills as well as safe handling in common MS Office programs with
