Your tasks:

• General commercial activities such as the creation and processing of offers, invoices and orders
• Coordination and administration of appointments, contracts and documents
• Support in preparing meetings and presentations
• Maintenance of master files as well as storage and archiving of documents
• Verification of invoices for accuracy and completeness

Your profile:

• Closed commercial training, e.g. as an office man/wife, industrial man/wife, merchant/wife for office management or a comparable qualification of advantage
• Professional experience as a commercial specialist (m/w/d) or in a comparable position
• Careful and structured operation to perform tasks efficiently and accurately
• Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
