A completed training as cook/kitchen – or comparable experience in the kitchen Joy in the breakfast business and/or in the conference and event hospitality A feel for fresh, seasonal cuisine and a beautiful presentation Reliability, cleanliness and a structured working style A healthy mix of initiative and team spirit Ready for early services and weekend services – evening services are the exception knowledge of HACCP standards (or willingness to learn them) German knowledge (at least C1) we require
