Strategy meets precision Payments & administration: Employee care A-Z: Care of an associated employee stem from entry to exit and are competent contact persons in all accounting and contract-relevant questions.

End-to-end Responsibility: You are responsible for the timely and correct pay bill taking into account the tariff requirements (e.g. TVöD-nah), tax and social insurance regulations.

Operational precision: You check legally safe schedules as well as surcharges and, after billing, carry out the necessary accounts with financial accounting.

HR systems & digitalization: As a master key user, maintain and optimize our HR IT landscape. You drive forward the digitization of our personal processes. Strategic cooperation & projects: You work in close coordination with the staff management and personnel officers

You have a commercial training or a study (BWL, WiWi, PM or the like) and have many years of experience in payroll accounting and staff administration. You have a passion for HR systems, have very good knowledge in common billing programs and have the pleasure of developing them actively.

You are sure of the right to work, tax and social security, and you can also keep an overview of complex collective agreements. You work professionally and predictively.

You communicate clearly, empathically and solution-oriented to executives, employees and team members.
