Insolvency proceedings You accompany companies in crisis situations, advise on insolvency requirements and contribute to reorganization and restructuring measures Insolvency applications, opinions & reports You independently create insolvency applications, opinions and reports and prepare decision-relevant content for the proceedings Analysis & Economic Assessment You analyse economic facts, prepare figures, data and facts and provide the basis for sound decisions in the process Organisation & procedural control You plan and structure insolvency proceedings and ensure efficient implementation in interaction with all stakeholders
Education or studies in the relevant environment You have completed an education or study in commercial, legal or tax fields Experience in insolvency or firm environment You ideally have experience in insolvency management or have knowledge in the preparation of opinions, reports or accounting Cooperation & interdisciplinary work You are happy to work in the team and are actively engaged in cooperation with lawyers, business owners and other departments.
