For our Bad Aibling site, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) for general surgery in the standby service at the next time. Your tasks - You can look forward to this Operational activity: You carry out visceral surgery independently and perform operational tasks within the framework of the standby service. Patient care: You work on the stationary and outpatient care of our patients – also in the context of emergency and acute care during the standby service. Standby and call services: You regularly participate in our standby and call services and ensure a secure, timely supply of acute cases. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with all medical specialist departments to ensure optimal care – even in night and weekend structures. Training & quality assurance: You lead interns and assistant physicians and actively participate in quality-proofing measures as well as structured handovers between day and standby services.

You are a specialist in general surgery and have solid operational experience – ideally also in acute and emergency situations. You work independently, make responsible decisions and act sovereign, even under time pressure in the standby service. You bring together team spirit, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation – especially in handover situations. You possess organizational talent and a structured, reliable way of working. You are ready to regularly take on standby and call services.
