Your tasks

• You are our Business Analyst / Solution Expert for Custom Business Workflows on our Platform (ServiceNow)
• You are a consultant and central contact for our management and departments
• You work closely with colleagues in national and international design to introduce and continuously optimize processes
• In the Solution Team at our ServiceNow Center of Excellence, you work with the Process Experts in tandem. Together you control the technical (further) development and are responsible for the entire life cycle of your solution
• You regularly provide documentation, such as status reports

Your profile

• You have a completed study of (economic) computer science, a comparable study or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the described environment
• You ideally have professional experience in IT and/or retail industry
• You have a high professional consulting and service orientation
• Ideally, you have knowledge of ServiceNow technology or bring high motivation to work on the topic
• You are reliable, analytical and structured, and can work both independently and in the team
• Your very good communication in English and German in word and writing complete your profile
