You are professionally and organizationally responsible for our services on site and continuously develop them You will lead your team with around 25 employees, including specialist and auxiliary staff and trainees You assume economic responsibility and ensure, inter alia, the occupancy of our facilities in cooperation with our social service. You connect with other actors in the community at the Langenau site You work constructively and efficiently with the management and specialist services in the region

You have a completed study of social work or a pedagogical/career training You have several years of professional experience in integration and ideally have management experience in the social field. You work structured and efficient You maintain an employee leadership at eye level and are strong in communication You like to design organisational and professional processes and also implement them
