As a home technician (w/m/d), you are the centrepiece of our property care and take over the following tasks: Control subcontractors: You coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors to ensure that all services are provided according to our high standards. Care of the property: You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of our buildings and outdoor facilities to ensure a pleasant and safe living and working atmosphere. Monitoring maintenance intervals: you plan and monitor maintenance intervals and ensure that all technical systems and devices are always in perfect condition. Rental interests: They are the contact person for our tenants and take their concerns and wishes seriously to find solutions quickly and reliably. Implementation of small repairs: They carry out small repairs and maintenance work independently to meet the needs of the tenants as soon as possible.

Completed vocational training in a technical or craft occupation, e.g. electro-installer, electronics engineer for energy and building technology/operating technology, electrical engineer, investment mechanic SHK (w/m/d) or comparable qualification Experience in property care or facility management of advantage Craft skills and technical understanding Self-employed and reliable operation Good communication skills and a friendly appearance Team spirit and flexibility
