Assistant Restaurantmanager (m/f/d)

You support the restaurant management in the organization of daily processes, keeps in mind processes and pick up where you are needed.

You are an important interface in the team, coordinating tasks in day-to-day business and ensuring reliable communication between service, kitchen and management.

You take responsibility in the implementation of service plans and help to make service times fair and efficient.

You actively advise guests, advise on food and drinks and are present on the area – as a reliable contact person with overview.

You support the care of regular guests and the implementation of actions, think service-oriented and introduce ideas to improve the guest experience.

You take care of order and compliance with hygiene standards, take care of the buffet and cleanliness in the guest room.

You work safely with the cash register and booking system, take over smaller administrative tasks and supports in day-to-day accounts or bookings.

You work organized and with a clear look for the essentials, you can easily find practical solutions.

You stand well-kept, friendly and safe, bring a high level of service awareness and always keeps the focus on quality as well as customer satisfaction.

You have good knowledge of German as well as solid English skills to communicate professionally with international guests.
