Expert/Project Manager Construction Coordination (m/f/d)

Accompany challenging international plant construction projects from initial planning to successful delivery to the customer. In this responsible position, you control all construction-relevant activities and ensure the time-, cost- and quality-oriented implementation of our paint systems. Responsibility for project processing: You are responsible for the smooth construction of our paint systems over all phases of the project, from the supply and approval phase to the execution planning to commissioning and customer transfer. Project management and coordination: You accompany projects from the functional tender, the costing to the successful implementation and, together with the plant project management, ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality targets. Coordination of construction processes: You tune all construction activities with installation and ensure an efficient and trouble-free project sequence. Management of partners and subcontractors: You coordinate external partner offices as well as after-contractors and ensure on-time and high-quality performance. Deficiency management: You take responsibility for fault management and ensure a sustainable and timely processing of identified deviations. Approval management: You ensure a smooth running of approval planning and coordinate communication between local planners, authorities and customers. Ensuring regulations and standards: You collect all necessary information on local technical regulations and monitor their compliance when building and commissioning buildings and building equipment. Technical advice: You introduce your expertise in building and infrastructure topics into ongoing projects and support other specialist departments in technical issues. International project work: You work closely with international project teams, customers and partners and contribute to the success of complex industrial projects.

Education: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training or qualification. Project management experience: Multiannual professional experience as a project manager in the realization of large projects, ideally in the field of technical production buildings for automotive, commercial vehicle or aviation applications. Competence: Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technical regulations as well as experience in dealing with VOB and BGB regulations. Technical understanding: Knowledge in the areas of ventilation systems, media production, media distribution and fire protection systems is advantageous. Working method: You convince by an independent, structured and solution- and targeted way of working and have pronounced organizational skills. Personality: High enforcement, sense of responsibility as well as a professional handling of challenging project situations are a feature. Communication strength: You work successfully with internal and external stakeholders and have a high team and communication capability, including in international and intercultural environments. IT knowledge: Safe handling of MS Office as well as construction and project management software, for example MS Project or CAD applications. International experience: Experience abroad is beneficial and supports you in cooperation in international project structures.
