• Coordination and control of goods exit processes
• Responsibility as a specialist (m/w/d) for the correct and timely delivery of goods
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of outgoing goods
• Instruction and introduction of new employees
• Implementation of team speeches and regular meetings
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Optimization of workflows in the goods outlet
• Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. warehouse, transport, customer service)
• Support for administrative tasks and preparation of reports

• Professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally in the goods outlet or in the leadership of teams
• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Experience in the incorporation and training of employees
• Teamability and enforcement

• Good communication skills, both internally and externally

• Good MS Office knowledge, experience with warehouse management software is advantageous
