Administration and operation of Microsoft server infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy) Support for network, VPN and database environments (Microsoft SQL Server) incl. Monitoring and performance optimization Application Support for internal specialist applications and technical support Conception and operation of backup and recovery solutions Operation and development of data center infrastructure (On-Premise and SaaS) Monitoring system availability and analysis and troubleshooting Documentation of system landscape and continuous optimization of IT processes Working in IT projects and modernising infrastructure

Complete training or studies in the field of computer science, system integration or comparable qualification Reliable experience in Microsoft Server environment administration Knowledge in Windows Servers, Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server Good knowledge of networks, routing, firewall and VPN technologies Experience in handling backup and disaster recovery solutions as well as application support and incident management Basic understanding of data center operation and cloud/saaS services Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and high service orientation
