Order processing and tracking acceptance and testing of customer orders, clarification of freight information and transport requirements Collection and maintenance of order data in the system Monitoring the order status and ensuring timely deliveries · Transport coordination and planning Organisation and coordination of maritime, air and rail freight and multimodal transport Contact and booking with transport service providers (reed companies, airlines, railway companies) Implementation of bookings, loading and shipping preparations · Customs and Document Management Preparation and testing of export/import documents (letter, invoice, package list etc.) Cooperation with customs agents for the settlement of customs formalities Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and customer requirements · Customer communication and service Answering customer requests, offerings and transport advice Processing of problems and conflicts during transport Regular information of customers about the transport status and possible deviations · Cost calculation and billing Determination and verification of transport and incidental costs Participation in accounting and payment compensation · Risk Management and Compliance Monitoring the safety of the goods transported and avoiding damage Compliance with international transport regulations and internal guidelines

Good language and writing skills in German and English. Responsible, careful working, good communication skills and the ability to solve problems and conflicts. German university degree or higher, preferably in the fields of logistics, foreign trade or with relevant professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in international logistics (sea, air or rail transport) of advantage. Safe handling of the computer, especially with MS Office.
