Your mission

You develop and control our HSE strategies – focusing on environmental protection, safety and energy efficiency. You ensure that legal requirements are not only fulfilled, but are implemented and understood in practice. You plan and conduct internal and external audits, such as ISO 14001 and 50001. You recognize risks early and develop clever, feasible solutions for risk mitigation. You are training our teams, making complex topics tangible and promoting security awareness in everyday life. You actively shape our sustainable corporate culture – proactive rather than reactive.

What you bring

Studies or training in environmental engineering, safety, energy or health management HSE experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry You know about standards, laws, certifications – and you can explain them at eye level You are communicative, structured and brings the topics into the team in a comprehensible and motivating manner You want to design, not only manage – with personal responsibility and team spirit
