Project Manager Building Construction / Architecture

For the field of construction within the real estate management, we are looking for a personality with experience in the planning, control and implementation of demanding construction projects at the next possible time. In this function you combine architectural expertise with project management, project controlling and strategic project work. You take responsibility for construction projects over the entire project life cycle and actively participate in the further development of our department. Own-responsible planning, control and implementation of construction projects over all phases of the HOAI (LP 1–9) Accompanying new construction, renovation, renovation and modernization measures Takeover of the building management for the above-mentioned measures Takeover of project management and project management for construction projects Perception of the building function and representation of business interests to planners, authorities and contractors Ensuring cost, appointment and quality targets including project controlling and budget control. Participation in object transfer and project documentation Creation of decision templates, support of investment measures and contract and follow-up management Cooperation on cross-disciplinary projects and further development of processes, standards and methods in the field of civil engineering. Participation in digitization, organization and optimization projects Perception of special tasks with high personal responsibility

Successfully completed studies of architecture or civil engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) Multiannual professional experience in the planning, control and implementation of construction projects Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical regulations Experience in project management as well as in cost, appointment and quality management Ideally knowledge in project controlling, follow-up management and investment processes Safe handling of CAD, AVA and Microsoft-365 applications Embossed economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external partners driving licence class B Remarkable Experience in industrial, infrastructure or administrative construction Knowledge of SAP Building permit Experiences in digitalisation and organisational projects
