Own-sponsored organization and support of the recruiting process Contact person (m/w/d) for all participants in the application process, such as institutes, nursing schools, consultancy offices and offices Recruiting candidates through both classic recruiting channels and social media and active sourcing Planning, organisation and implementation of school and trade fair visits Participation in various HR projects with focus on employer branding and onboarding

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a relevant degree, with as much as possible an additional qualification in the personnel sector. You bring multiannual professional experience, ideally in recruiting, with You are creative, open and easy to approach people You have very good MS Office skills and a pronounced social media affinity You have an organizational institution, a self-contained and structured way of working and convince with your customer-oriented and communication-strong personality
