University degree in electrical engineering, shipbuilding, physics or a comparable discipline as well as several years of professional experience in the development of complex technical systems, in particular communication systems Multiannual leadership experience or technical leadership in complex, regulated and safety-critical development projects, as well as the ability to guide technical experts:in dynamic environments, manage target conflicts, escalations and priorities and communicate between line and project organisation Funded knowledge of system and requirement engineering (e.g. Certified Systems Engineer C, iREB Foundation), requirement management with IBM DOORS (Classic/NG) and ideally safe handling of office tools (Word, Excel, optional Visio, Project) and experience with model-based work/PLM tool Impressed communication strength, high abstraction capacity and the ability to visualize complex content as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing Proactive, independent and targeted working with a strong sense of decision
