Head of Operations ReLog GmbH (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the operational management of our waste and recycling unit – including organization, processes, economics and further development. You develop our company-wide Waste-&-Recycling strategy and implement it – including governance, performance portfolio and scaling logic. You identify new market and customer potentials and actively unlock them. You represent the business area to customers – from consulting to concept development to presentations. You bear the overall economic responsibility, including business cases, P&L, pricing and scaling. You ensure efficient, legally compliant and economical processes along the entire value chain. You control and develop our service providers and strategic partner companies. You define relevant KPIs and are responsible for ESG/CSRD-compliant reporting. You work closely with Sales/KAM, Operational Excellence, branches, IT and external partners.

You have at least five years of leadership experience in the environment of circular economy, recycling, logistics or sustainable business models. You have a successfully completed study – ideally in sustainability, environmental management, environmental engineering, economic engineering, economics or a comparable field. You think entrepreneurial, analytic and meet decisions based on sound data and strategic vision. You are able to orchestrate, standardize and successfully scale decentralized structures. You have knowledge of material cycles, recycling processes and the relevant legal requirements (e.g. KrWG, ElektroG). You bring experience in project and stakeholder management and move safely into complex environments.
