Your tasks:

• You accompany people with a chronic mental illness - often with additional addiction - at night on their way to more stability and tranquility
• Contact with our clients is not always easy because many challenges lie in the relationship design - right here you can make a real difference with your support
• Challenges: You are there for clients when it comes to it - with professional support in crises and difficult situations during the night
• Activities: You also perform simple tasks such as laundry care, surface disinfection or the like to make the night meaningful
• Teamwork: A second colleague or a second colleague from another floor will assist you in the night if necessary
• Documentation: Your commitment is completed by careful documentation

What you should bring:

• Qualification: A successfully completed training as a curative nurse (m/w/d) or another three-year educational/career training, e.g. as a nurse or educator (m/w/d)
• Experience: Experiences in the field of addiction or psychiatry are of advantage, but no need. Transversal experts with motivation and willingness to learn are also welcome
• Flexibility: willingness to work flexibly at night on different weekdays, weekends and holidays
