The ZEG is a cooperative and Europe's largest network of independent bicycle dealers with approx. 1,000 affiliated member companies. In the sense of the cooperative community, we support our members with a central purchasing and a wide range of products with our successful exclusive brands BULLS and PEGASUS. The co-operative idea is at first for us, so in the form of innovative products and services we always want to take a step ahead and work on the mobility and safety of tomorrow.

Our central administration is located at our location in Cologne-Bilderstöckchen. From there, our central warehouse for Europe also sends the goods and order to our member companies. We are always open to dedicated and cycling enthusiasts - in full or part-time and for help. We are looking for trained professionals as well as knowledge-based cross-comers:inside or apprentices. Care and evaluation of member and sales data Preparation of Account Manager Requests: Search for member companies, Processing of sales and assortment history, Identification of Cross-Sell levers Processing of external market data for internal strategy updates Analysis of sales channel shifts (Stationary vs. E-Commerce vs. D2C) and derivation of implications for our members Operational support at the ZEG Bike Show and other member events, trainings and campaigns recording and evaluation of the preorder data in the two order windows (Messe-Vororder July; Preorder September) Support in the communication of the Commercial Strategy to the members (calculation examples, FAQs) Participation in the transformation projects of the sales strategy

Registered:r Students:r from the 3rd semester in BWL, sales management or comparable qualification Sales, Marketing, Trade, Sales Analytics or Sports Economics are beneficial Very good MS-Excel knowledge and a safe handling of PowerPoint Basic knowledge of data analysis and simple statistics Structured, independent functioning and a high degree of care Analytical thinking, fun dealing with numbers and pleasure to recognize patterns in data At least 12 months of rest period at the entrance date Good knowledge of English Bike/E-Bike affinity and enthusiasm is a clear plus
