You process damages from the fields of property and technical insurance independently, from the first notification to the conclusion You advise and accompany our customers throughout the entire regulatory process You coordinate communication with insurers, experts and other stakeholders You represent the interests of our customers and look forward to rapid, contractual and customer-oriented damage regulation You analyse damage processes and take measures to prevent and optimize them together with our customers You actively contribute your experiences, ideas and impulses to the further development of our workflows and customer service

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have already gained experience in customer care and ideally collected in handling damages You have knowledge of the property and technical insurance sectors and want to develop in this area You work structured, carefully and independently You will also keep track of complex damages and find sustainable solutions together with the stakeholders You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level You like to work in the team and appreciate an environment in which knowledge is shared and mutual support is lived.
