Production Manager (m/w/d) in Food Contract Manufacturing

They plan, control and optimise the production processes in order to maximise existing capacities, increase the efficiency and productivity constantly, and ensure the highest quality of the products, with reduction of misproductions and disruption times. They ensure compliance with all relevant production, safety and environmental standards and align the production targets with the management. They take over the personnel, capacity and investment planning as well as the continuous qualification of the production staff. In addition, you optimize the use of resources and support the company's digitalization and automation strategy. Finally, work closely with other departments and report regularly to the management, including KPI reporting.

Complete production studies or comparable training with training as a master or technician in the field of food technology or similar qualification. Multiannual experience in industrial production in the field of food, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics. (First) Leadership experience of larger teams is required. Found experience in production planning and control, project management, CVP and lean management. Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality, high result orientation, communication strength and team capacity. English language skills.
