Your new tasks

Supporting the global marketing team for the Mixed Signal ICs business unit with a strong focus on business development in Europe Development of the regional Go2Market strategy for EMEA and implementation together with the product lines involved and the distribution Promoting European greenfield sales and business development for new business segments Developing strategic evaluations for the development of new business areas in the field of sensor interface ASICs, X-Ray Sensorik or LED Drivers Coordination of marketing communication in cooperation with the global campaign team and product management Creation of marketing material (videos, website, demos) as well as preparation and pursuit of event activities of the Business Line Creation of training material for sales and distributors

Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, BWL, Economic Engineering, Engineering Studies or Similar At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Business Development / Sales / Marketing - preferably in the semiconductor sector Professional experience in the market launch of Semiconductor products, Sales Channel Management/Distribution, IC Design Processes, Foundry Business desirable First experience in the leadership of international, interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization - also as project manager*in Electronics industry knowledge - especially in the field of Mixed Signal ICs - of advantage High level of analytical skills, good presentation technology and ability to clearly present complex facts English knowledge in word and writing
