This is the Evangelical Home Foundation – an employer according to your ideas. We are looking for a specialist guide (m/w/d) in parttime (31 hours/week) for our workshop for disabled people (WfbM).

You support, accompany and support employees in their daily work. You document the development of employees carefully and continuously. You organize the cafe business independently. You work actively in the gastronomy. You update and care for the webshop.

You work closely with the creative sector. You plan and run special events and events. You bring impulses for projects and actively participate in the implementation of specialist concepts and the further development of offers. You take on the practical training of partial qualifications and work closely with the entire interdisciplinary team. You actively participate in the creation of concepts and in quality and performance manuals. You participate in performance and behaviour assessments.

Ideally, you bring a completed vocational training in the gastronomy or hotel industry. You have a special educational additional qualification, for example as work educators, gFAB, SPZ, Ergotherapeut/-in or HEP. You have pedagogical competence and the ability to accompany people with disabilities in their development processes and to specifically strengthen their potential. You are convinced by cordiality and hospitality. You are team-ready and bring the necessary resilience for everyday work. When handling MS Office applications and documentation systems, you are safe and routined. You work actively and independently.
