Project Manager for Concrete Renovation (m/f/d)

Acquisition and calculation: You identify, acquire and calculate projects in the public and industrial environment. Responsible project management: You control our predominantly regional construction projects in the field of concrete renovation, from work preparation to the coordination and management of their own staff and after-contractors to the customer. Together with our experienced policing (m/w/d), you will ensure that our projects are implemented in a timely and quality-oriented manner. Competent respondent: You maintain long-term, trusted contacts with engineering and planning offices, as well as technical decision-makers who appreciate you as a competent contact person. Sustainability in every respect: You are responsible for implementing the guidelines for occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection. Knowledge and Process Management: You actively support us in the further development of our processes (e.g. BIM) as well as in the training of our junior staff.

Graduate in the Department of Civil Engineering / Architecture or a comparable degree as Master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the calculation and settlement of maintenance / concrete renovation projects Commitment and experience in obtaining repair projects Flexibility, commitment, communication and team skills Valid driving class B
