Head of Central Services (m/f/d)

You coordinate and structure the tasks and processes within the department. The company's development and cross-departmental work will also be advanced by you. You can provide comprehensive services for HSE, process management and information security and actively support process and quality management. You also take responsibility for information security and data protection. You control Business Continuity Management (BCM). Focusing on successful team leadership, you create optimal framework conditions and encourage close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You monitor economic requirements and budgets and innovatively shape the strategic development of new business areas. In this position you ensure compliance with legal requirements and standards and maintain entrepreneurial responsibility. In order to ensure long-term goals, you provide basic work and take over the holistic control and supervision of departmental activities.

You have a Master/Diplom degree or comparable training. For our department we are looking for you as a dedicated personality with comprehensive knowledge and experience in this field of activity. You're safe in business knowledge. In addition, you motivate employees and deal constructively with conflicts. We require the responsible takeover of business duties and very good English skills. You think strategic, trade customer-oriented and work target- and result-oriented. Responsibility, willingness to cooperate and ability to innovate are the same.
