For our service field Finance, Regulation & Procurement in the Tribe Procurement we are looking for you in full or part-time as a software asset and license manager (m/w/d) in Berlin, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich or Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter Software Asset and License Management. Here you work with 8 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You work closely with strategic purchasing and you are a contact person for the Atruvia Group, the cooperative financial group and the customers of Atruvia. You control and control the software use of Atruvia's specialist centers with the aim of ensuring the sustainability of contract and license compliance as well as business efficiency. You define the organizational framework for the company-wide software asset and license management (SAM) and manage it. You co-ordinate and set up license balances to ensure compliance between license contracts and usage. You have fun with project collaboration with evtl. Takeover of project responsibility in the context of SAM.

Personality with profile

You have a degree in computer science or Business Informatics or Business Administration as well as several years of professional experience in license management, strategic software purchase in a corporate environment or a comparable qualification. You are an expert on software licenses and licensing models (ideally SAP, open source and/or IBM) and have a broad understanding of technology from mainframe to server systems to containers and cloud. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have a high degree of intrinsic motivation and customer orientation and have the ability to maintain relationship networks within Atruvia and beyond the company (SAM User Groups, specialist bodies of industry associations). You convince by your high communication and conflictability and your good cooperation with third parties. You understand yourself as an excellent team player*in and introduce yourself to your new team with your connecting personality.
