Senior Solution Consultant (m/w/d) – Digital Solutions

You actively shape the development of our new digital business model as a software solution within the innovation department You advise municipalities and local businesses and carry out customer workshops to accommodate requirements and challenges You develop suitable solution concepts, software demos and presentations together with customer, sales and innovation team You support our sales organization as a professional support in customer contact, create technical and commercial offers and control the offer process, even in tenders You translate customer feedback, market requirements and practical experience into concrete impulses for product development and roadmap You evaluate the technical feasibility realistically and implement pilot projects professionally

A completed commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience or a study with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in sales or consulting software solutions as well as a good understanding of digital platforms, interfaces and data-based services; to readiness to travel within Germany You understand what customers really do and develop realistic solutions that keep what You promise; an interest in municipal procurement processes is a welcome plus German language skills (C2) for the close exchange with municipalities as well as good English skills (C1), in word and writing You bring a consultancy rather than a mere sales thinking, communicate clearly and understandably and enthusiastically a wide variety of digital topics You bring innovation spirit and enthusiasm for digital products, take on internal coordination with the necessary standing and want to build something in a new role
