Networking with national and international actors makes us a competent contact for the public, science, medicine, politics and business. The ZEPAI “Centre for Pandemic Vaccines and ‐Therapeutics” ... has the core task of building an infrastructure outside pandemic times in order to ensure a supply of effective and safe vaccines and therapeutics in the pandemic situation as quickly as possible.

Planning, control and controlling of strategic projects including budget and time management Management and coordination of projects and cooperation with internal and external partners Maintenance and development of the project portfolio and resource planning Creation and maintenance of SOPs and optimization of quality management tools Responsibility for procurement processes and digital knowledge management Organisational and professional support of the ZEPAI areas incl. Completed academic studies (master or comparable) of a life science or science Professional experience in project management Certification in project management is desirable Experience in public procurement and an extensive understanding of public-private partnerships Funded IT confession, in particular ERP systems, databases, data management and analytics as well as artificial intelligence (AI) Self-employed and excellent organizational skills High flexibility, performance motivation and strong team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Please note that a Declaration of Interests vis-à-vis the EMA as well as a statement in accordance with § 77a AMG must be delivered when the contract is concluded.
