Trainee program in the calculation for traffic route construction (m/f/d)

For 15 months, you can participate in different tasks and get to know the essential structures and interfaces of costing in road transport, including a three-month stay abroad.

From the first day on, you are integrated into our successful team and gain insights into all processes of offering and project calculation. You work closely with the areas of procurement, work preparation, construction management and project management and support in the creation of quotations, mass determinations, cost determinations and the evaluation of after-contractor offers.

During the entire training period, you will be accompanied by:e Mentor:in, supports your professional and personal development and, together with you, defines the future orientation of your activity.

After successful completion of the trainee period, an operation is planned as a calibrator:in (m/w/d) in road transport construction.

Your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering forms the basis for your entry First practical experience in road transport through internships or working student activities is advantageous With your own initiative, you are actively addressing challenges and introducing your own ideas You perform confidently and work independently and with great commitment Thanks to your knowledge of German, you communicate clearly and professionally
