You are responsible for compliance with statutory and normative requirements according to ISO 9001 to our quality management system and assists our employees in the implementation You keep up-to-date legal requirements and technical developments in mind, evaluate their relevance and support in implementing necessary measures (referred) You actively participate in the design and development of our process-oriented quality management system The continuous development of our holistic improvement management is also one of your tasks. These include, among other things, error messages, causes analyses, CAPAs and the evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures You conduct projects and quality circles or actively participate in them to optimize internal workflows and identify continuous improvement potentials – e.g. in the context of risk analyses You organize and accompany internal and external audits and ensure professional preparation and follow-up You support our employees in the implementation of quality assurance measures, for example in the qualification of suppliers and equipment, as well as in training courses. You support production in microbiological monitoring, perform trend evaluations and advise on the derivation of appropriate measures

You have successfully completed a pharmacy degree, have an approbation as a pharmacist (m/w/d) and have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality management You know the relevant legal requirements and standards. Ideally, you also have a further education in quality management or as a quality manager according to DIN EN ISO 9000 ff Quality is more than just a requirement for you: You have a strong quality awareness and have sound knowledge in quality management You bring basic knowledge of hygiene and microbiology You convince by your analytical and structured way of working as well as by communication strength, customer orientation, enforcement ability and team spirit You like to work independently, take responsibility and keep track of tasks with different interfaces You think process-oriented, proceed structured and have a good sense of analysis of causes and relationships.
