Your duties include: Self-employed organisation, coordination and control of all operational and administrative departments, as well as ensuring and implementing the defined Motel One standards Self-responsible recruitment of new employees as well as leadership, motivation and training of the teams Achievement of revenue targets and compliance with the cost budget Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with Head Office departments and regular reporting to regional management Ensuring and increasing customer and guest satisfaction and participation in customer and guest acquisitions Active strengthening and further development of the site in cooperation with the regional team and the Head Office departments
