You are responsible for qualified damage processing with a high level of service orientation in the areas of liability and Kasko. You are responsible for the independent examination and decision as part of your powers of attorney. You advise and negotiate - by telephone - with insurance companies, claimants, lawyers, workshops and other parties to the damage. You recognize regressive potentials and relevant facts and note the current case law or apply it safely. You run active damage management.

You are a trained merchant (w/m/d) for insurance and finance and/or insurance specialist (w/m/d) or have a comparable qualification. In regulating road damage, you could already gain practical experience and you also have very good knowledge of fraud detection. You are used to contact customers, workshops, experts and others with an accident. You are safe to use the Microsoft Office programs. You convince us by your extremely customer-oriented behavior, your negotiation skills and enforcement ability.
