Training as a plastics and rubber technologist - Start 2026 (m/f/d)

With your start to 01.09.2026, you will learn the profession of plastic and rubber technologist (m/w/d) in the field of compound and masterbatch production for a period of 3 years. You plan the production of composites and color granules using order data or special customer requirements. To do this, you select suitable mixing methods as well as colorants, work additives and auxiliaries. You calculate processing parameters such as temperature, time, torque, rotational frequency and pressure, adjust the production machines and plants accordingly and monitor the entire production process. In addition, you carry out physical and chemical testing of polymeric materials, such as density, viscosity and color. Mechanics, raw materials, quality assurance, environmental protection and occupational safety will also play an important role in your training.
